The agreement between you and Atlas Capitalis when you use the service.
LAST UPDATED: JUNE 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Atlas Capitalis ("Atlas Capitalis", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of atlascapitalis.com and the daily brief (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service. Atlas Capitalis is operated from the United Kingdom.
Atlas Capitalis is a personalised news and information service. You choose stocks to follow, and we send a daily email, and show a dashboard, that summarises recent public news about those stocks and describes the general tone, or "sentiment", of that coverage.
Information only. Not financial advice. Atlas Capitalis provides news summaries and sentiment for general information only. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a personal recommendation, an offer, an inducement, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any investment strategy. We are not your financial adviser, we do not provide regulated financial advice, and we do not manage money or hold client funds. The sentiment label describes the tone of news coverage; it is not a prediction, rating, or signal about future price or performance. All decisions you make are yours alone. You should carry out your own research and seek advice from a suitably qualified, regulated professional before making any financial decision. Investing carries risk, including the loss of some or all of your capital, and past performance is not a guide to future results.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in the country where you are located. We make no claim that the content is appropriate or available for use in every location.
The news we summarise comes from public sources, and our summaries and sentiment are produced by automated tools, including AI language models. We work to make the brief useful, but we do not warrant that any summary, sentiment read, headline, or other content is accurate, complete, current, or free from error. AI-generated summaries can contain mistakes. You should not rely on the Service as your only source and should verify anything important against the original source before acting on it.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up, keep your password secure, and not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly through the contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
The free plan lets you follow up to three stocks at no cost. Our paid plan ("Premium") offers additional features, such as a larger watchlist, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
You can cancel Premium at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not, by itself, refund the current period.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it (the "cooling-off period"). Because the Service gives you immediate access to digital content, by subscribing you ask us to begin providing it straight away and you acknowledge that, once we have done so, your right to cancel for a refund may be reduced or lost to the extent the law allows. Outside of any mandatory legal right, payments are generally non-refundable, except where we choose to offer a refund or where required by law. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be waived.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.
The Atlas Capitalis name, logo, branding, website, software, and the selection, layout, and presentation of the brief belong to us or our licensors. The underlying news and headlines belong to their original publishers. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and read your brief for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
The Service summarises and links to content published by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, suspend, add, or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance, including without notice where necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Capitalis, and the person operating it, will not be liable for any trading or investment loss, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, or 50 GBP. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach or negligence.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here deprives you of those protections.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours if the Service changes ownership, provided your rights are not reduced. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page.
